Perfect for babies from **birth to 12months**, our Baby Spa Experience has been carefully designed by a **Neonatal Nurse and Health Visitor**, combining gentle sensory play, baby massage focusing on reflexology and soothing tummy massage with expert guidance in a calm, welcoming environment. The love hormones oxytocin and serotonin are believed to be released along with the chance for good contact guidance between you and your child, strengthening your bond.

### During your Baby Spa Experience, you will enjoy:

🫧 **A Sensory Baby Bath**  
Your baby will enjoy a warm, calming flower scented milk bath with gentle sensory elements by soothing music and a peaceful atmosphere designed to encourage relaxation and exploration. (Optional to bring your own breastmilk to add)

📖 **Story & Song Time**  
We'll begin our session with a bath time story and a few interactive bath times songs before settling in to a calming bath time, with a sensory relaxation feel.

🤲 **Guided Baby Massage**  
Following bath time, you'll learn a relaxing baby massage routine to help promote bonding, relaxation and confidence in responding to your baby's cues. Looking at baby reflexology and tummy time massage. Followed by a baby relaxation facial which will also help aid teething.

⚖️ **Baby Weighing**  
You'll have the opportunity to weigh your baby during the session should you wish.

📸 **Beautiful Memory Photos**  
Capture this special milestone with our seasonal photo area, giving you lovely keepsake photographs to treasure.

This 5 Week Developmental Baby Massage class can be a wonderful experience for both parents and babies. Not only does it provide an opportunity for bonding, but it can also have a positive impact on the baby's physical and emotional development.

The course will be delivered by Nicole who is a trained adult nurse specialising in neonatal care & health visiting. With a love for babies & empowering families to navigate through pregnancy & early life.

During the five weeks course you will learn massage techniques that can help improve your baby's muscle tone, coordination, and flexibility. It can also aid in digestion and promote better sleep patterns. Additionally, the touch and skin-to-skin contact can release feel-good hormones like oxytocin for both the parent and baby, creating a calming and relaxing environment.

In addition to the physical benefits, baby massage also provides an opportunity for you to connect with your baby in a meaningful way. It can help build a strong foundation of trust and attachment, which can have lasting effects on the baby's emotional well-being.

Baby Yoga is suitable from 8 weeks (providing your baby was full term). However as the moves and positions are physically demanding, please leave at least 12 weeks if mum is bringing baby and has had a caesarean dependant on how you feel you are recovering.

Our Yogi Baby is a a gentle, fun way to bond with your little one while promoting their physical and emotional development. Our sessions are tailored to suit both you and your baby’s needs, providing a nurturing environment where you can engage in meaningful, mindful movements together.

Our class is a baby led class that is an interactive routine you are going to perform with your baby. It will consist of various movements, postures and stretches to work on a number of outcomes and benefits for your babies developmental stages, flexibility, strength and helping with brain and body connections whilst working towards milestones.

In our Baby Yoga classes, you'll learn a variety of movements and techniques that can help improve your baby's flexibility, strength, and coordination. These gentle exercises can also enhance their digestion and promote better sleep patterns. At the same time, you'll find that participating in these activities helps to reduce your own stress and fosters a deeper connection with your baby. Each session is led by Nicole a trained Neonatal Nurse and Health visitor trained in both baby massage and baby yoga with expert knowledge in infant development, ensuring that you and your baby are in safe, knowledgeable hands.

In addition to physical benefits, baby yoga also emphasises the importance of emotional and psychological wellbeing. Through eye contact, touch, and responsive interaction during the yoga sessions, babies and caregivers build a strong emotional connection. This bonding time is crucial for the baby's sense of security and emotional development. Furthermore, the practice of baby yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety for both the baby and the caregiver, promoting a sense of calm and relaxation that can be beneficial in managing the challenges of early parenthood.
